Ladles & Loaves – Sunday, February 22
2pm – 5pm at the Mayerthorpe Legion
Master the secret to a perfectly flaky biscuit and learn how to build deep, flavorful soup bases from scratch. We will prepare two distinct soups to pair with your fresh baking for the ultimate comfort meal. You’ll take home two soups and fresh biscuits, ready for your fridge or freezer, and enjoy a light dinner.

Dive into tradition as we mix, roll, and fill handmade dough to create authentic, delicious perogies. You will focus on mastering the “perfect pinch” technique to ensure your dumplings hold their shape from the pot to the plate. You’ll bring home perogies ready for your fridge or freezer, and enjoy a Ukranian inspired lunch.
